Why we don't use overlay widgets

Accessibility overlay widgets add a JavaScript layer over broken HTML but don't fix the underlying issues. Screen readers still encounter the same problems because the source code remains inaccessible. We fix accessibility at the source code level for genuine, lasting compliance that works for all assistive technologies.
